Przedstawiam bibliografię na temat olejków eterycznych. To wykaz około 400 prac naukowych przedstawionych przez uczonych w kilkudziesięciu krajach świata na przestrzeni kilkudziesięciu lat. Z przykrością informuję, że nie umieszczałem w wykazie żadnych pozycji popularno – naukowych. Są to wyłącznie publikacje stricte naukowe, medyczne czy biologiczne napisane wyłącznie przez osoby z tytułem naukowym, najczęściej przynajmniej doktora. Wszystkie te prace opisują i potwierdzają właściwości biobójcze olejków (zabijanie grzybów, bakterii, pierwotniaków czy pasożytów). Nie znane mi są prace które by kwestionowały ten fakt. W świecie nauki to ewenement na skalę globalną aby nikt nie zakwestionował jakiś wyników badań. Wszyscy Ci naukowcy w swoich badaniach jednoznacznie potwierdzili potężne właściwości olejków eterycznych. Przedstawiona na początku literatura jest w języku angielskim, w języku polskim na końcu tekstu.

Publikacje w języku polskim - każdemu zainteresowanemu polecam tą wiedzę do zgłębienia. Jest to daleko niepełny zbiór literatury ale łatwiejszy do przyswojenia bo opracowany w języku ojczystym. Wszystkie te książki, artykuły mające charakter prac, badań naukowych jednoznacznie wykazały i potwierdziły antybakteryjny czy antygrzybiczy charakter działania olejków eterycznych. Olejki eteryczne mogą być stosowane w leczeniu bardzo wielu chorób o pochodzeniu grzybiczym, bakteryjnym czy wirusowym, zabijają pasożyty i ich jaja. Nie było ani jednej pracy która by ten fakt kwestionowała. Nie jest to praca naukowa i nie podałem autorów dokładnie alfabetycznie – przepraszam. Wybór na pewno jest niepełny i fragmentaryczny bo tych prac jest ogromna ilość.

Z większością prac nie trzeba się zapoznawać w specjalistycznych bibliotekach, czy kupować, wystarczy Internet. Niezastąpione jest wyszukiwanie i tłumaczenie za pomocą Google. Jeśli chodzi o najlepsze polskie czasopismo medyczne poświęcone fitoterapii to jest to tytuł „Postępy Fitoterapii” wydawany przez wydawnictwo Borgis. Mają swoją stronę internetową, www.borgis.pl, jest tam czytelnia medyczna. Mimo, że portal w założeniu jest skierowany do lekarzy pokaże jak z niego korzystać . Wchodzimy na stronę www.borgis.pl, lewy górny róg, druga pozycja jest „czytelnia medyczna” – klikamy i jesteśmy w czytelni.
Z lewej strony jest spis czasopism medycznych, klikamy „Postępy Fitoterapii” następnie wybieramy interesujący nas numer, później konkretny artykuł. Pokaże się niepełna treść artykułu, żeby poznać cały artykuł wykupujesz dostęp. Uważam, że warto przeczytać wszystko a przede wszystkim numery wydań dotyczących olejków: 1/2000 ; 2/2000 ;3/2000; 2-3/2001; 2/2002; 4/2004; 1-2/2005; 3-4/2005; 2/2006; 3/2006; 4/2006; 2/2007; 3/2007; 4/2008; 1/2009; 3/2009; 4/2009; 1/2010; 2/2010.

Mimo, że pewnych rzeczy i praktyk nie mogę pochwalać to informuję, że istnieje serwis chomikuj z olbrzymim zbiorem literatury zielarskiej oraz, że w przypadku problemu z dostępem do czytelni medycznej to w sieci są informacje na temat uzyskania takiego dostępu po zarejestrowaniu się wpisaniu dowolnego numeru pwz często widocznego na pieczątkach lekarskich. Oczywiście są to działania nielegalne i nie pochwalam ich.

W sieci publikuje dużo fachowych materiałów najlepszy polski specjalista od ziół dr Henryk Różański. Podaje on dużo praktycznych wskazówek, receptur, sam używa olejków, w tym również wewnętrznie. Swoje publikacje umieszcza na stronach: www.rozanski.ch; www.rozanski.li; www.luskiewnik.strefa.pl.

Czytając tylko te artykuły zdobędziesz wiedzę i przekonasz się, czy olejki rzeczywiście zabijają bakterie czy grzyby.

Będę wdzięczny za informacje o wartościowych pozycjach książkowych czy artykułach na temat olejków dostępnych w sieci.
